At Wild Wild Western Wear, we want you to love your gear as much as a desert sunset, but if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the packing slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our ranch team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
